"I hold a Master of Counselling from Monash University and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Studies from Wheelock College (Now, Boston University). I have worked with parents and children for 10 years and in the last 2 years, extended my specialisation into counselling for adults.

As a counsellor with teaching experience, I see the potential in each individual to thrive and believes in every individual’s ability to achieve their goals in life regardless of their current struggles. I strive to assist everyone by partnering them in the journey to achieve their goals, being present with them in their struggles and equipping them with the necessary skillsets to better cope with the uncertainties in their life.

I specialise in individual counselling - be it personal, relationship, anxiety, depression, work stress, parenting or struggles that millennials face in this everchanging world. To help others navigate through their struggles, I adopt a collaborative and personalised approach, suited to the clients' readiness in the sessions.

I enjoy reading and taking nature walks in my free time. I am fluent in English and Chinese. Hope to journey with you soon!"
